Service Description

Kim's Pilates Sessions and classes are not your typical Pilates. She tailors the exercises to the individual within the session and gets results. She is a movement mixologist where she blends different techniques she learned and studied in her career to make it more fun, exciting and challenging.

Cancellation Policy

Pleas NOTE: There is a 24 hr. cancellation policy on one on one sessions and 12 hour on all classes. Sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the value of the instructors's time we must enforce this policy. Thanks for your understanding!
