What you need: a mat or towel and 2 lb. weights (water bottles or cans of soup will do just as well if you don't have weights).

Pleas NOTE: There is a 24 hr. cancellation policy on one on one sessions and 12 hour on all classes. Sorry for the inconvenience, but due to the value of the instructors's time we must enforce this policy. Thanks for your understanding!
